Fees
All fees include design services, and processing registration/transfer of domain name and hosting to more cost-saving hosts. 2Picas will not charge a surcharge on hosting or other services rendered by third parties. However, the cost of domain name and website hosting will be the sole responsibility of the client.
Client/architect consultations
2Picas will meet with clients before and during the website building process to ensure that functionality requirements are met. Typically, this involves three meetings -- an initial meeting to determine the client's needs, and an additional meeting or two to ensure that delivered functionality meets the client's needs. In a case where more than three meetings are necessary, 2Picas will commence billing additional time fees at a rate of $30/hour.
Client/designer consultations
Clients can meet with 2Picas throughout the design process to ensure that a website that inspires confidence is achieved. Typically, it takes anywhere from one to four attempts to achieve a successful design. In a case where more than four attempts are necessary, 2Picas will commence billing additional time fees at a rate of $30/hour.
Training
Training, including a customized user manual for the website, will be provided for each client with the purchase of a basic website. Training will be provided on a one-on-one basis to an individual. Additional trainees can be added at the rate of $30/hr per trainee. The length of training sessions vary depending on the number of website features and the technical skill-sets of the trainees, and will be assessed by 2Picas upon request.
